Vibro-compression technology provides versatility in the production of precast concrete, which makes it possible to produce a large number of different products up to 400 mm in height. One casting machine can produce hollow-core slabs, lintels, beams, crossbars, wall panels, curbs and a whole range of products. The replacement of the mold, which allows you to switch to the release of another product, happens quickly, in just 15 minutes.

Maintenance of the casting machine is minimal in time and cost, simple in execution. Extrusion technology provides the release of hollow-core slabs up to 500 mm in height. The slabs produced on the extruder differ in suspended voidness without compromising strength characteristics, have a reduced weight, and, accordingly, less concrete is required for their production, and concrete, in turn, has a reduced cement content. The concrete mixture used by the extruder does not always require the use of plasticizers, the selection of inert materials for its composition is simple and understandable.
