CAN YOU GIVE INFORMATION ABOUT TECHNICAL FEATURES OF MILLER FORMLESS SLIPFORM CONCRETE PAVERS?

Miller Formless provides various types of slipform concrete paving machines, so the features vary from product to product. The type of work a contractor performs will help determine which product will help them be successful. The most common features include John Deere engines in our M-series machines, a Kubota engine in our C-series machines as well as the MFSmart Control Stringless system in our M-series products. Stringless technology is an electronic tracking solution that controls both the horizontal and vertical operation of a slipform paver. More contractors are adopting stringless technology to reduce the labor and time required to stake out job sites with traditional stringlines and pins. Our slipform pavers are also engineered to handle tight radius pours; the M-1000, for instance, is very popular and can pour a radius as tight as 24 inches, or be used for straightaway slip forming. It features four tracks with independent steering, giving it the ability for quick turnaround and maneuvering. It has three vibrators, a heavy duty sectional auger and a high volume washdown system. The M-1000 can be ordered for left- or right-side pouring, and it is designed to give the operator visibility over the entire slipform process. With a transport width of 8 feet 6 inches and an operating weight of 21,000 pounds, this compact paver is fast and easy to transport from job to job.

Güran Machine, which it is the distributor of Miller Formless, offers the most suitable solutions for customer demands, aims to provide the best product and service to road projects.
